(NORTH VERSAILLES LOCATION) When I first tried to schedule a week prior I asked if I could see some of her work I exchanged numbers with one of the stylist who said she would send me pics I called I texted she said she would never heard from her again I got two confirmation calls from two different hair stylist the communication between the two of them were obviously not there. My appointment was for Saturday 12:00 I called to say I'm on my way. When I got there their was someone in the chair about to get their hair in BRAIDS NOT EVEN STARTED YET. I was told I could sit in the back and watch TV while I waited. I then ask are you about to start the other clients hair she said yes she accidentally scheduled our appointments at the same time. Who's gonna sit there for hours and watch TV while you do someone else's hair IN BRAIDS WHICH TAKE HOURS and further more when I called to say I'm on my way why wouldn't you tell me that so I would have an option of whether I wanted to sit and wait or reschedule. I have an important event today thank the Lord I have hair. I will not be back EVER
